Terms of Service

The service. By accessing or using Iron Tuna you agree to these terms. Iron Tuna is an information and analytics service for fantasy football and related NFL markets, provided for social and entertainment purposes only. Depending on the page, it publishes: season-long and weekly fantasy rankings and projections; rest-of-season outlooks; start/sit, waiver, FAAB and trade analysis; league-specific analysis restated at scoring settings you supply or import; daily fantasy sports (DFS) information, salary-based value boards and lineup tools; betting-market information and analysis, including game lines, totals and derived player numbers; auction and snake draft valuation tools; and editorial and column content. Values, projections, ranks, odds, salaries and prices are estimates or snapshots of markets that move; they are not advice and not guarantees, and we make no representation as to results, accuracy, completeness or availability. Verify anything you intend to act on at its own source before relying on it. Season passes are one-time purchases for the stated season.

What Iron Tuna is not. Iron Tuna publishes information, analytics, rankings, projections and commentary. Iron Tuna does not accept wagers, hold or handle customer funds, or settle any contract or position. Iron Tuna does not operate a sportsbook, a betting exchange, a daily fantasy sports contest or a prediction market, and it is not an agent or affiliate of any operator of those services. Any odds, contract prices, salaries or market figures shown are informational, are sourced or derived as described on the page that displays them, and may differ from what a venue is quoting when you look. You are responsible for determining whether any activity you undertake is lawful where you are and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including age and jurisdiction restrictions. No outcome, ranking, projection or financial result is guaranteed.

Third-party data and AI-assisted analysis. Parts of the service are built on data licensed or obtained from third parties, including open data, market data providers and, where you choose to connect one, your own fantasy platform. We do not control that data and are not responsible for its accuracy, timeliness or continued availability, and a source may change or stop without notice. Parts of the service are also generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, including editorial pieces, analyst commentary and the Value Coach. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date; it is labeled where it appears, it is not reviewed by a person before publication unless the page says so, and it is not professional advice of any kind.

No warranties. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Tuna and its owners and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising out of or relating to the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Waiver of consequential damages. Each party waives any right to consequential, indirect, or special damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iron Tuna and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your import or use of league data, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right or any fantasy platform’s terms.

Governing law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

You are responsible for complying with your fantasy platform’s terms when importing league data.
